Introduction to Canadian Tire

Canadian Tire is a Canadian retail company, which was originated in 1922. The headquarters are in Toronto, Ontario. Canadian Tire provides almost every product which is essential for living in Canada. The corporation has about 1700 retail stores and gas stations in all over Canada. As a family Canadian tire consist of 85,000 employees.

Canadian Tire has various segments in retails which include:

 Canadian Tire Financial Services:  Under this segment it offers credit cards, loans, and insurance and warranty products.

·         Canadian Tire Gas+:  As its name reveals that Canadian tire also have gas stations all over Canada which includes conveniencestores and car wash.
·         Mark’s work warehouse: It is a footwear and clothing retailers which also comes under the Canadian Tire family. These retailers deal with casual wears, footwear, accessories, and industrial wear for both men and women.
·         The Forzani Group Ltd: It is also known as FGL Sports, which deals with various sports equipment which comes under many brand names and private brands.

·          PartSource Automotive Stores:  These retail stores cater automotive parts. It was established in 1999.

I read your posting and it is very descriptive .I think you did very hard work to collect the infrmation about the canadian tire like when it was founded .You also explian about the various other services like car wash .This posting really helps me to understand about growth and segments of canadian tire.

  2. Hi i read your posting and i really liked it. Canadian tire obviously is one of the most famous retail stores which provides almost every product. Your information about it was really good and specific. You explained almost every good thing about it like its gas station and its warehouses. i came to know about almost all the segments of Canadian tire. I enjoyed reading it.
